Oil is an Equipment involved in various Recipes. One Oil Provider is granted upon selecting (or continuing a Franchise with) any 
Food Card for a Recipe which requires the equipment. They will also begin appearing as Blueprints.
Once the bottle of Oil is moved from the Counter, it becomes functionally identical to a usual Counter appliance.
