Pasta Sheet is an Ingredient used in various Recipes. One Pasta Sheet Provider is granted upon selecting (or continuing a Franchise with) any 
Food Card for a Recipe which requires the ingredient, unless already present in the restaurant. They will also begin appearing as Blueprints.
