All limited time content for Chinese New Year 2023 is accessible in restaurants with the Lake Setting, chosen in the Headquarters. These restaurants use a symmetrical floorplan, with plenty of Counters.

¶ Red Envelopes
Red Envelopes replace the usual Blueprints offered by the shop, including on 
decoration days. Each Red Envelope contains a blueprint with a 25% discount, and a higher chance than usual of being upgraded. This discount is retained after a reroll, but not after upgrading using the Research Desk. Blueprints acquired using the Blueprint Desk appear in default blue envelopes and function as normal.
¶ Card Selections
When selecting a Card every 
third day, all 
Customer Card options are replaced by 
Food Cards, which introduce a new Recipe to the menu. Customer Cards are never offered.
Initial Mains, normally chosen in the Headquarters to start a run, are also available as options alongside other Cards. They each grant +50 XP, and apply their usual 
Expected Groups modifier.
New Recipes added for Release 1.1.3 are more likely to appear in Lake themed restaurants.
¶ Decorations
Cosmetic Decorations are available for free every decoration day.

¶ Recipes
The following Recipes were added for Release 1.1.3, but are not exclusive to the Lake Setting. Dumplings may be selected to start a run in the Headquarters, while all other Recipes are acquired through Cards during the run.
