Steak is one of the Main Recipes chosen in the Headquarters to start a run. All variations can be served Rare, Medium, or Well-done, with each stage requiring a longer cooking time. 
Mains Cards introduce different cuts of Steak, while 
Extras Cards add optional sauces and toppings.
Once any Steak is plated, it cannot be cooked further.
